Zharpì is a term in the dialect spoken nearby Treviso, which is derived from Zharpir (ẑarpìr) and means “vine pruning”. This name recalls the wine’s territoriality, the vineyard work and remind our personal history. A clean and aromatic wine, with a fruity taste, in particular of sour green apples and citrus fruits. The fine bubbles account for a full, lightly tart and dry flavor. Its flavor is intensified if served at 6-8°C temperature. Zharpì is suitable to be consumed as an aperitif and throughout the meal, with seafood and dishes with extra virgin olive oil as the seafood salad. 10g/l of residual sugar.
